Scope

These terms apply to our public website and our early access / “register interest” waitlist. (They don’t yet cover our commercial SaaS platform, which will have its own terms.)

Using our site

You agree not to misuse our site (e.g. no hacking, scraping, or unlawful activity). All content here belongs to AI Guys and our licensors.

Early access

If you join our waitlist or a pilot, we may contact you about testing opportunities. Early access is experimental, provided “as is”, and may change or end at any time.

Liability

We provide this site and any early access “as is” with no warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for anything related to this site is capped at £100.
